| Our Featured Recipe | Spiced Molasses Vinaigrette Ingredients: - Vinegar ¼ cup Apple Cider
- 1 t Molasses
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 Shallots
- 1 t Henderson Apple Spice
- 1 t Brown Sugar
- ½ t Fresh Ginger, grated
- ¼ t Ancho Pepper Powder
- ¾ cup Olive Oil
Cooking: - Combine top eight (8) ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Mix with whisk until well blended
- While quickly mixing above blend, add oil slowly in a stream the size of a pencil lead.
- Once well blended this should hold apx. 3 weeks in refrigeration
- Shake well before use.
- Wonderful over a mixture of fresh greens (especially spinach), nuts, bacon & goat cheese. Can be served cold or warm.
